Noordbrabants Historisch Jaarboek

The Noord Brabant Historisch Jaarboek (NHJ) is the platform for scholarly publications on the history of Brabant. In particular of North Brabant, but also the areas outside that once belonged to the Duchy of Brabant. The yearbook contains articles on Brabant’s history covering a wide variety of periods and fields, such as economic history, social history, church history and military history. Each year there is also a chronicle with reviews of recently published books. NHJ is compiled by Southern Historical Contact, in cooperation with Erfgoed Brabant and the Historische Vereniging Brabant (Brabant Historical Society).
